The Sunday Riley Toronto Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Sunday Riley Modern Skincare, LLC ("Sponsor").
Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sunday Riley Modern Skincare, LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter.
The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on August 19, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on August 23, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter by completing the online entry form accessible via the QR code displayed at participating Sunday Riley activations.
Entrants must provide a valid email address and any other required information indicated on the entry form.
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entries, automated entries, or entries submitted using fraudulent methods may be disqualified at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Sunday Riley skincare prize package with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of CAD $1,000.
The prize consists of Sunday Riley products selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The drawing will be conducted on or about August 26, 2026.
The selected entrant will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry. If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, does not respond within five (5) business days, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
As required by Canadian law, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being declared the official winner.
Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor to administer the Sweepstakes and, where consent has been provided, to send marketing communications about Sunday Riley products, promotions, launches, and events, in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time without affecting their Sweepstakes entry.
General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, delayed, or corrupted entries, nor for technical failures of any kind that may affect participation.
Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sunday Riley Modern Skincare, LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
