What times are virtual consultations offered?

Our skincare specialists are available Monday to Friday from 9AM EST to 6PM EST. During these times, you may book an appointment or “drop in.”

What is a “drop in” virtual consultation?

If you select “Drop In,” a skincare specialist will join the video chat right on the spot! If a specialist is not available, you will be entered in a queue to wait for the next availability.
