When will my order ship? 
Our team is working diligently on getting your order shipped as soon as possible. orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Below are the shipping options available for your online purchase. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during checkout. 
Sunday Riley provides three shipping options for all domestic orders.

Where is my order and when should I receive it? 
Once your order has been processed,  you will receive a shipment confirmation with the tracking number. This email includes a link to our tracking page where you can follow the status of your shipment at all times. If you have any additional questions regarding your shipment please contact us at

Standard Shipping 
Standard orders placed before 1 P.M. PST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are processed within 1-2 business days.

2nd Day Shipping 
2nd Day orders placed by 1:00 PM CST Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. 2nd Day orders placed after 1:00 PM CST will be processed and shipped the next business day.

If you have already placed your order and need to change the delivery address please contact us immediately at We are able to assist you if it’s within 24 hours of placing the order, after 24 hours you will have to reach out to the shipping carrier. 

Some items sold by Sunday Riley require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At Sunday Riley, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you wish to provide a physical address in the United States to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order.


Do you offer returns? 
Yes, we offer store credit, redeemable at, for unopened/unused items only,  as long as you return your products within 30 days of receipt. We understand skincare is a personal purchase and sometimes a product is just not right for you. 
What’s your return policy? 
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Sunday Riley order, you can return it within 30 days of receipt and we will be happy to provide you with a Gift Card, redeemable at
How long does it take to process a return? 
Once your return is received by our warehouse, our team will process your return as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-5 days for processing. 
What happens if my products arrived damaged? 
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however if you received damaged or unusable items, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and contact us immediately at

What forms of payment do you accept? 
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Amazon Pay.

Your card will be charged as soon as the order goes through. It can take up to 24 hours sometimes.

How does the subscription box work? 
You can purchase a single box or subscribe to an annual subscription, which includes 4 boxes for the year. It is shipped quarterly. 
When will I be billed? 
If you purchased the annual subscription box you will be billed every 15th of the month that you are receiving a box. 
When will my box ship? 
Our subscription box is shipped on the first week of every new quarter. 
Can I gift a subscription box?

What do I do if one of the items is damaged or missing?

Can I cancel my subscription box? 
For single purchase you can cancel within 24 hours of your order. For an annual subscription purchase, cancellations become effective immediately unless such cancellation is made less than forty-eight (48) hours before the product shipment date in which case the cancellation will be processed for the following shipment.
