When will my order ship?
Our team is working diligently on getting your order shipped as soon as possible. SundayRiley.com orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Below are the shipping options available for your SundayRiley.com online purchase. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during checkout.
Sunday Riley provides three shipping options for all domestic orders. We cannot accept two-day shipping orders for Alaska and Hawaii.

How long does shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or APO/AFO addresses take?
You can expect your delivery in up to 21 business days.
Where is my order and when should I receive it?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation with the tracking number. This email includes a link to our tracking page where you can follow the status of your shipment at all times. If you have any additional questions regarding your shipment please contact us at email@example.com.
Standard orders placed before 1 P.M. PST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are processed within 1-2 business days.
2nd Day Shipping
2nd Day orders placed by 1:00 PM CST Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. 2nd Day orders placed after 1:00 PM CST will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Alaska and Hawaii
If you have already placed your order and need to change the delivery address please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are able to assist you if it’s within 24 hours of placing the order, after 24 hours you will have to reach out to the shipping carrier.
SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS
Some items sold by Sunday Riley require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At Sunday Riley, we comply with these regulations, therefore, the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you wish to provide a physical address in the United States to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order.
What if I don't receive my item?
If the carrier deems that your package has been delivered we cannot ship a replacement. If this does ever happen, email us within four business days of the anticipated delivery date (as noted on your tracking) at Hello@SundayRiley.com in order to be considered for a replacement.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Do you offer returns?
We want you to love your Sunday Riley purchase, so if you are not totally satisfied, please send an email to email@example.com within 30 days of your purchase, and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. Simply return the unused portion in its original packaging, and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping once we receive the return. We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase.

How long does it take to process a return?
Once your return is received by our warehouse, our team will process your return as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-5 days for processing.
What happens if my products arrived damaged?
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if you received damaged or unusable items, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure to include your order number, and send a picture of proof, so that our team can assess the damage.
If you would like to return an item that was shipped directly to you as a gift, please email us at email@example.com. Items received as gifts are only eligible for store credit and must comply with our return policy.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Amazon Pay.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged as soon as the order goes through. It can take up to 24 hours sometimes.
How do I update my billing and shipping information?

How does the subscription box work?
You can purchase a single box or subscribe to a quarterly subscription, which includes 4 boxes for the year. It is shipped quarterly. Please note that subscription boxes can no longer be shipped outside the US.
Can I return my subscription box?
We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on subscription boxes or subscription box items. All subscription purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. We do not currently accept returns of Subscription boxes, and any box returned by a customer will not be eligible for a refund
When will I be billed?
If you purchased the annual subscription box you will be billed between the 7th and 15th of the month that you are receiving a box in.
When will my box ship?
Our subscription box is shipped on the first week of every new quarter.
Can I gift a subscription box?
Yes, make someone happy!
What do I do if one of the items is damaged or missing?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 business days of receipt. We are not liable for third party goods, and you will have to contact the third party directly.
How do I update my billing and shipping information?

Can I cancel my subscription box?
Yes - for a single purchase, you can cancel within 24 hours of your order. For an annual subscription purchase, cancellations become effective immediately unless such cancellation is made less than forty-eight (48) hours before the product shipment date in which case the cancellation will be processed for the following shipment. Please email Hello@SundayRiley.com to cancel your box.

What is Subscribe to Save?
Subscribe to Save is a way for you to ensure that you receive a regular delivery of your favorite Sunday Riley products. In addition to ensuring you have a regular supply of your favorites, Subscribe and Save also allows you to take a 10% discount on products.
How often will I be billed?
When you sign up for Subscribe to Save on any Sunday Riley product you can choose to be billed on a 30, 60 or 90-day schedule.
