How does the subscription work?

You can purchase a single box or subscribe to a quarterly subscription, which includes 4 boxes for the year. It is shipped quarterly. Please note that subscription boxes can no longer be shipped outside the US.

Can I return my subscription box?

We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on subscription boxes or subscription box items. All subscription purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. We do not currently accept returns of Subscription boxes, and any box returned by a customer will not be eligible for a refund.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes - for a single purchase, you can cancel within 24 hours of your order. For an annual subscription purchase, cancellations become effective immediately unless such cancellation is made less than forty-eight (48) hours before the product shipment date in which case the cancellation will be processed for the following shipment. Please email hello@sundayrley.com to cancel your box.

If an item is damaged or missing?

Please contact us at hello@sundayriley.com within 5 business days of receipt. We are not liable for third party goods, and you will have to contact the third party directly. 

When will I be billed?

If you purchased the annual subscription box you will be billed between the 7th and 15th of the month that you are receiving a box in.
